I am highly experienced and patient when loading horses. Horses are never rushed or forced into the box. A calm and positive approach makes the process stress-free for both horse and owner.
Yes, subject to available cab seating and prior arrangement, owners or grooms are welcome to travel along to events, shows, or vet appointments.
I provide hay or haylage, and fresh water is carried on board. I also carry a selection of headcollars, lead ropes, and a full equine first aid kit.
For planned journeys (shows, relocations, vet visits, etc.), I advise booking as far in advance as possible to secure your slot. However, I always do my best to accommodate short-notice requests.
Biosecurity is paramount. The horsebox is fully pressure washed and disinfected using a DEFRA-approved disinfectant after every trip. I also carry a portable disinfecting unit.
Your horse’s welfare is my top priority. On longer journeys, I offer regular rest stops for water and hay top-ups. Horses deemed unfit to travel must be assessed by a vet beforehand (this excludes emergency transport to veterinary hospitals).
